Employer Branding: Bank of Ireland

Traditional bank embraces employee advocacy, online and offline

Bank of Ireland employs over 10,000 people in Ireland and wanted to unlock its staff potential by creating a number of networking ambassadors for Bank of Ireland, in support of local areas, businesses, social and cultural enterprises.

Connector designed an experience to help people understand the value of networking and learn how to build a strong network. Topics included how to work the room, planning and connecting with people, becoming an active part of the community, exploring current networks and unlocking connections with similar minded peers. Our interactive exercises allowed people to develop networking confidence.

Bank of Ireland value excellent connection and relationships amongst their staff and customers, so it’s important that everyone employed by Bank of Ireland play an active role in the community. Connector designed interactive exercises and delivered this experience nationwide to allow their staff to develop networking confidence. Feedback was very positive
