Scope of application
1.1 By taking part in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

2.1 The Competition is promoted by OPLUS PRIVATE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (The Organiser), Spencer Dock, North Wall Quay, Dublin1, Dublin, Ireland D01 X9R7.

Instagram: Participants shall comply with the terms of service, community guidelines or other applicable policies for user submissions and/or uploads located at: https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870.
Submissions that violate the applicable terms of service or guidelines shall be disqualified. Participants in the. Prize Giveaway completely releases Instagram from any possible claims. All information regarding the Prize Giveaway is solely provided by the Organiser. 3 Eligibility for Participation
3.1 The competition is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in Ireland.
3.2 The Organiser’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the competition, are excluded from participation.
3.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction of one entry per person per competition.
4. Participation
4.1 Participation in the competition is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.
4.2 The competition starts on the 17th of June 2022, 00:00. The deadline for
entries is 31st of August 2022 at 00:00
4.3 To take part in the competition, the following action is required:

4.4 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, offensive, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the participant. Submissions sent in through agents, third parties or multiple accounts will be Disqualified.
4.5 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries to the prize draw or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s Details.
4.6 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these Conditions of Participation, tampers with the competition, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5.2.
5 Prizes, determination and notification of winners
5.1 The prize is one pair of tickets for Irish festivals of your choice and one OPPO Find X5 Pro.
5.2 From the valid participants, the winner will be randomly selected by the Organisers.
5.3 The winners will be notified via the social networks (direct message) within 48 working hours after the deadline and hereby give their consent to the disclosure of their names in the social networks.
5.4 The winner must accept their prize by replying to the social media message with their full contact details within 48 hours of being notified. If a winner fails to accept his/her prize within this period, his/her prize shall be forfeited. In this case a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5.2.
5.5 Details about how to claim the prize will be sent via DM once we have received acceptance of the prize.
5.6 The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize and attending the event.
5.7 Prizes are subject to availability and the Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.8 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.
5.9 The Organiser does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
6.Data Protection and Privacy Notice
By submitting an entry, participants agree to provide their personal data (Name, Address, Phone Number and Email) which will be used and disclosed by the Organiser (OPLUS PRIVATE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (Ireland) Co Ltd., data controller) and its authorised agents only for competition administration and prize fulfilment on basis of their legitimate interests. Personal information collected by the Organiser will be deleted 90 days from competition ends. 7.Miscellaneous
7.1 The Organiser’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organiser, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
7.3 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
7.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these terms and conditions and the competition are subject to Irish Law.
