Scope of application
1.1 By taking part in the promotion, the participant accepts these conditions.

2.1 The promotion is promoted by Dr Oetker Ireland. Dr Oetker Ireland is registered in Ireland under registration number 432301, with a registered office of Dr. Oetker Ireland Ltd, Unit 13, Block E, Calmount Park, Ballymount.
2.2 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with:
Facebook: Participants shall comply with the terms of service, community
guidelines or other applicable policies for user submissions and/or uploads
located at: https://www.facebook.com/terms.php. Submissions that violate the
applicable terms of service or guidelines shall be disqualified. Participants in the
Prize Giveaway completely releases Facebook from any possible claims. All
information regarding the Prize Giveaway is solely provided by the Organiser. In

Eligibility for Participation
3.1 The promotion is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged
18 years or over; and (2) who are a resident in the Republic of Ireland.
3.2 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are
not allowed. There is a restriction of one entry per person per promotion.
Participation
4.1 Participation in the promotion is free of charges and fees and does not
require the purchase of goods and/or services.
4.2 The promotion starts on the 13th of August, 2021 . The deadline to enter is 20th of August, 2021.
4.3 To take part in the promotion, the following action is required:
Pick a favourite #SimpleSummerBake and comment on the IG or FB competition post as well as tagging a friend and following the page.
4.5 Entries from accounts containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, offensive, or any
other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the participant.
Prizes, determination and notification of winners
5.1 The prize is a 1-to-1 baking class with Louise Lennox. The masterclass will be held online via Zoom on a date agreed on by the winner and Dr Oetker.
5.2 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other
persons are excluded.
5.3 This prize is awarded totally at the discretion of Dr Oetker, winners will be named on the relevant channels and contacted via DM by the official channel.
Miscellaneous
6.1 The Organiser’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and
no correspondence will be entered into.
6.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organiser,
or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or
could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the
Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any
stage, but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid
undue disappointment.
6.3 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law,
rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any
court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability
of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
6.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these terms and
conditions and the promotion are subject to Irish Law.
