Connector is delighted to have been nominated in the Excellence in CSR by an SME category in the Corporate Social Responsibility awards for the work we did with mytaxi for the Drivers of Change campaign.
The Drivers of Change campaign was based around one simple insight: taxi drivers love to talk.
In an effort to remove the stigma and get Ireland talking about mental health, we connected Aware and mytaxi. Aware delivered workshops to mytaxi drivers in Dublin to help them become mental health advocates!We created a video documenting the workshops and interviewing some of the taxi drivers on their thoughts and experiences with mental health.
The campaign hero video achieved phenomenal results in its first week of posting. To date, the video has reached over a half a million people (530,169 people in total), with 403,447 video views and 3,552 reactions, comments & shares. The video was so impactful that 877 people shared it to their personal networks, which exponentially increased the reach and further impact of the video.
