Connector is delighted to team up with Volkswagen for the second year of the popular Volkswagen Snapshot Instagram competition. In 2017, there were 5,000+ entries and the winners ended up on a great trip to Volkswagen HQ in Wolfsburg in Germany.
To launch the Volkswagen Snapshot campaign for 2018, we hosted a pop up gallery in Bagots Hutton, showcasing the 2017 winners’ photos. There were speeches from Volkswagen’s Head of Marketing, Mark McGrath, and Kevin O’Sullivan from Focus Ireland, the Snapshot charity partner for 2018.
Conor Lynch, speaking on behalf of Connector, highlighted the continued success of The Snapys in helping talented Instagrammers raise their profiles and partner successfully with brands like Volkswagen.
Guests were able to take part in a photo competition on the night and take home instant printouts and Polaroids, with 10 winners taking home photography themed prizes too. Check out all the fun below!
For Volkswagen Snapshot 2018 there are five categories; Design, Light, Technology, Road Trip and Volkswagen.
